It has been long since any screenshots has been leaked, today members at BA forums has posted some of the screenshots of Windows 8 build 7989. The complete build of this build is 7989.winmain.110421-1825 and it also belongs to Milestone 3 branch. These screenshots shows the return of Betta Fish in Windows 8. The new wallpaper has also been shown in these leaked screenshots. Here are the set of screenshots-

Our friends at Winreview has posted lot of screenshots showing Windows 8 upgrade from Windows 7. This is the first time we are seeing Windows 8 being shown on the next version of Windows.The installation screenshots gives a Metro feel which should not come as a surprise as we have already seen Microsoft implementing Metro UI in most of the future products. Regarding the Windows 8 compatibility, winreview reads that all the systems capable of running Windows 7 ultimate should run Windows 8 easily.
Further adding to it, these screenshots belong to Build 7955 contrary to what some bloggers are reporting that it belongs to Build 7971.

Today the guys at MDL forums has leaked another set of screenshots showing the taskbar in Windows 8. One change noticed in this screenshot is that Microsoft has given weightage to the language bar in Windows.Another noticeable change is that the text in the Language bar has been centered. The second screenshot also shows the new Windows classic theme in the server edition.
The build of these screenshots is not known, though going by the date of the screenshots, they may probably belong to Milestone 3.
Today Zukona has leaked the screenshot showing Windows update on Windows 8.The screenshot belongs to Windows 8 Build 7930 with build string as 6.2.7930.0.winmain_win8m2.110217-1825. The only new feature noticed via this screenshot is the ability to select “restart if required” option before updating Windows.Another change noticed in this screenshot is the up button though it looks very basic and we could see some changes coming to it in future releases. This screenshot doesn’t shows any User Interface changes in Windows 8, probably Zukona may be using the standard Windows 7 theme on Windows 8.

The screenshots giving details about the Windows 8 Build 7900 has been leaked and seems to be genuine. The first screenshot is of the setup file of Build 7900 and the second screenshot shows the Digital signature which confirms the that the build is genuine. These screenshots states that the build 7900 has the old Kernel i.e 6.1 and was compiled on November 8, 2010

Wzor has once again published a couple of screenshots for post Windows 7 build,build 7700,which may mark the beginning of Windows 8.As some of you might be unfamiliar, Microsoft usually start with the current version of Windows and the changes are reflected just in the build numbers.
