For doing this They will absorb the cost of discounts along with the PC makers,Microsoft and Intel and this decision to drop the prices was after their recent survey which showed that the consumers who recently bought a Touch based Windows 8 PC were more satisfied with their experience than those who bought a non touch based Windows 8 PC.
