HP announces ElitePad 900,Windows 8 Business Tablet

As we Inch closer and closer to the public release of Windows 8,many of the hardware partners are announcing their upcoming Windows 8 based devices.

This one comes from  Hewlett Packard,the ElitePad 900 TabLet powered by Windows 8 will be targeting the business segment. The device sports a 10.1″ display With Corning Gorilla Glass 2,it runs on a Intel Clover Trail based processor.It will be available in two variants of 32GB and 64GB SSD.It will also sport a pair of camera’s with 8 megapixel rear camera and a front facing camera with 1080P support for video.

Talking about the ergonomics,the devices weighs about 1.5 pounds and is 9.2mm thick.Some of the business features include,Pen Input,voice input and accessories such as Smart Jacket for productivity which features a keyboard,connectivity ports and a card reader,the expansion jacket adds up various slots like USB and HDMI.

The device will be available by the first month of 2013 in the united states,pricing details will be revealed Closer to the device availability.
