A couple of weeks ago we reported about the Windows 8 Upgrade plans would cost the current Windows users around 14.99$ and that the low cost upgrades will be for the Windows 8 Pro edition.

Yesterday we saw the launch of Windows 8 Release Preview i.e the Windows 8 Release Candidate.Starting from June 2,the Upgrade offer will begin in as many as 131 markets which includes US and Canada.So all those who will buy a new Windows 7 PC through Jan. 31, 2013 will be eligible to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro For a Price Tag of 14.99$.

Apart from this upgrade offer Microsoft will also reveal some more lucrative offers for existing  consumers running Windows 7  to upgrade their PC’s to Windows 8,when it launches in the late second half of 2012.

Windows 8′s final version  is expected to be released in the last quarter of 2012 along with the devices like laptops,tablets,ultra books and hybrids.If you haven’t yet tried the Windows 8 experience ,you can try out the recently released Windows 8 Release Preview.
