It wasn’t until the last week ago that the rumors started spreading all over the web about a supposed Microsoft Manufactured tablet is in the making,until it was confirmed later on Monday by Microsoft in a event with the revelation of the Surface Tablet.So the question comes in the mind how did Microsoft managed to keep this big project a secret for such a long time without giving anyone a clue?

Recently TechRadar reported about how Microsoft managed to keep all this a secret,talking to  Stevie Bathiche, the Director of Research at Microsoft’s Applied Sciences Group said that sometimes they had to use Underground bunkers with no Windows  for development of the surface tablet.Inside this bunker the surface team worked with 3D printed mockups,to get the right shape and size.

Later on when the team grew they had to move to a larger building but again with the top notch security  with the level of guards with guns and take biometric verification to get into,to add to that there were airlock style Doors which had a mechanism in which outer door has to close before you can get through the second door and go inside.
