Yesterday we posted about the first Post NoDo update which is being rolled out all over the world for the Windows Phone 7 devices which brings the fixes for the third party fraudulent digital certificate issues.
A while ago if one can recall Chris Walsh one of the members of the famous Chevron Team released an updater utility for helping the WP7 devices which were not able to update their devices to the NoDo to update it using the Chevron updater tool.Though just hours after he released the tool he had to pull it down because of a statement from Microsoft was released about the updater tool ,that those who’ll use this tool for updating their devices, those devices won’t be able to be updated any further post the NoDo build and warned the users that they should not use the tool or else the device will be stuck in that state.
But now as the new update is being rolled out, some of the users who have earlier used the updater tools to update their Windows Phone 7 devices to NoDo(7390) are able to update it to the latest build that is the 7392,as reported earlier by chris himself on his blog.He also have put up a post for those who have used the tool to post their results for the latest update which is being rolled out, since he himself have notified about 3 of the Walshed were able to update to the new build.
